Minimum Qualifications for Admission to B. Arch Programme

Any person aspiring to obtain admission in Bachelor of Architecture in any institute recognized by the Council of Architecture, India needs to

  1. Have passed the relevant examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and
  2. Successfully complete the minimum qualification requirements from either of the two main entrance exams, i.e., JEE MAIN Paper 2 and National Aptitude Test In Architecture (NATA)

Admission Procedure (CAP)

Admission to First Year B. Arch Programme at Bombay Suburban Art and Craft Education Society, L.S. Raheja School of Architecture is done through a Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) conducted by The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State.
