Asia Pacific 2022
The as:da award competition was open to all the Architecture and Interior Design institutes. Almost 1000 entries were submitted pan India in the Residential and Hospitality category.. 20 entries were shortlisted and further 3 entries each, in both the categories were asked to present the Final designs to the Jurors.
Ms. Ayushi Tilak of 3rd Year B.VOC .(ID) of L.S. Raheja School of Architecture was declared as the 1st Prize winner in the Residential category.
Further Ms. Ayushi Tilak will be presenting her work for the International level jury.
MU -Design ideas
L.S.Raheja School of Architecture, B.Voc – Interior Design, 2 nd year team won the 1st Prize at ‘MU Ideas – Interior Designing competition’ for designing the 8500 sq.ft INCUBATION CENTRE at, Kalina Campus, Mumbai University.
Winning team-Isha Salvi, Ishita Athalye,Yukta Gahankar,Dhruvi Shah and Ayushi Tilak.
This competition was open for all the Architecture and Interior Designing colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The winning team would get an opportunity to build a world class Incubation Space and get a feel of a realistic project witnessing their ideas getting transferred from paper to reality.
Society Interiors Design Competition & Awards 2023
The students of L.S. Raheja School of Architecture – Interior Design Department won Trophies in all the categories at the National Level Society Interiors Design Competition & Awards 2023 held at the Taj, Santacruz on 26th February 2023.

Ar. Rohan Patil, student of M.Arch in Landscape Architecture, L.S.Raheja School of Architecture has been awarded the First Prize at COA Awards for Excellence in Post Graduate Thesis in Architecture at National Jury 2022. His Thesis Project, guided by Ar. Urmila Rajadhyaksha is titled “Peri Urban Development through Landscape Urbanism – a case of village ‘Rave’ near Navi Mumbai”.

L. S. Raheja School of Architecture takes pride in announcing that the students of T.Y.B.Arch. Vriddhi Kithany, Shubham Agrawal and Pooja Rao under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Ninad Sansare secured first position in the National Competition on Research Paper Writing in Architecture organized by D. Y. Patil School of Architecture, Kolhapur.
The paper titledThe Trajectory of an Advancement in Digital Architecture and its Relevance in the Future presented by the students during the competition was critically acclaimed by the jury members for its methodological approach and quality of content; it will soon be published with an ISBN number by the organizers.
Under the ‘Mission Amrit Sarovar – Jal Dharohar Sanrakshan’ Internship organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) in assistance with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), documentation work and beautification proposal presented by the 3rd year students of architecture for Vihar Lake in Mumbai has been selected amongst top 25 entries amongst 200 plus college across India.

This competition was open for AICTE affiliated and non-affiliated colleges. Ecologically and culturally important water bodies across the country were selected by the ministry and the participating colleges had to choose any of those water bodies. The intent was to document history and conduct spacious-temporal analysis, Hydrological studies of catchment areas, preparing maps and photo documentation, reimagining the area as a vibrant public space and preparing an action plan for rejuvenation of the water body.
L. S. Raheja School of Architecture was awarded the 1st Rank in the Times of India factual survey for Institutes in Mumbai.
