Principal Ar. Mandar V. Parab is an alumnus of L.S. Raheja School of
Architecture. While studying Architecture he simultaneously gained
education in the field of Interior Design. He completed his Govt.
Diploma in Interior Design education in the year 1994 and went on to
complete his Architecture in 1996 with 1st class honors. He also
completed his Master in Architecture (General) with 1st Class honors,
from Rachana Sansad affiliated to Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open
University, Nashik in the year 2008.

A mindful leader and a diligent administrator added to his keen
passion for teaching makes him balance his teaching and professional
career admirably. He has been associated in the capacity as full time
and visiting professor with several institutions imparting
architecture and interior design education for the past 25 years. A
practicing architect, he has worked on several commercial, residential
and institutional projects till date. He is a Runner up award
recipient of COA recognized Architectural design competition for
Octroi Check Post of Mumbai organized by MCGM. He was felicitated by
Society Interiors Awards for his contribution in Profession and
Education in the year 2019. His association L.S. Raheja School of
Architecture & School of Interior Design has been ongoing for the past
25 years. Initially associated as a visiting teacher, and since 2010
as full time core faculty, mandar Parab was appointed Head of
Department in 2014, eventually taking over as Principal in 2018 and
serving his alma mater with dedication. Throughout his teaching career
he has been extremely critical of the teaching learning methods. He
has always believed in transferring and sharing knowledge for
culturing new generations of students as well as contemporary
teachers. Under his guidance, adopting innovative pedagogics relevant
for the industry has always been a prime focus at the institute. He
formulated the course syllabus for the Modular interior Design
Programme and with his efforts the B.Voc (ID) programme was started at
the institute. Out of the many first time resources at institute,
under his eminent vision the institute initiated the ‘On campus
Interviews’ through placement cell for the graduating students. He is
a guide and mentor to many in subjects like Design Dissertation,
Advance Building Construction, Building Services, and Interior Design.
He has written articles and conducted lecture series for Quality
improvement training of various Industries. He has extensively
travelled on study programmes with students in India and
Internationally.

Ar. Sachin Prabhu
PROFESSOR
Sachin Prabhu is an Architect from Sir J.J. College of Architecture,
Mumbai, 1991 with First Class Honours. He has completed M. Arch. General
in August 2009 with First Class from Rachna Sansad affiliated to
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University of Nasik. He has also
completed the Diploma Course in Interior Design and Decoration
successfully from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture Bandra (West) in

as Vastu consultant from 1988 till date. Having made education his
priority and passion, he has been teaching full time since 2005, and

with a wide range from Design to Technical applications for all five

Ar. Meghana Patil
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
Meghana completed her Bachelors in Architecture with a First Class from
Rachana Sansad’s Academy of Architecture in 2009 and her Masters in
Construction Management with a Distinction from Rachana Sansad’s Project
Management Institute in 2014. She has been a full time faculty at the
L.S. Raheja School of Architecture since 2011. Before joining the
institute she has worked on several hospitality, commercial and
industrial projects as a Project architect at Associated Architects and
R.V. Dalvi and Associates.

With over eleven years of industry experience, she is the co-founder
and Principal Architect at Rohan Patil Architects. In the past decade
she has worked on residential projects in Panvel, Pen and Nagpur. She
has also worked on varied and multiple interior design projects.
Meghana believes that best teaching requires innovation, interaction
and constant upgradation of knowledge; and her work helps her achieve
this goal. She has been an invitee multiple times, for Faculty
ExChange Programs and teaching collaborations with other architectural
colleges. She is also a certified special juror for the examinations
conducted by Nagpur University. At L.S. Raheja School of Architecture,
Meghana has been integral at aiding organisation and execution of
several events through the years. She is also a senior member of the

Ar. Arun Fizardo
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
Arun is an architect from Indian Education Society’s College of
Architecture, Mumbai University passed with First Class in May 2007. He
also completed M.Arch. in Theory and Design from CEPT University,
Ahmedabad in October 2012. He has worked for 3 years on various interior
and architectural projects in Dara B. Mistry and Partners, Mumbai and
Vector Design, Dubai from May 2007 to August 2010.

a partner and Principal Architect in earth-HAB, a firm specializing in
Sustainable design & consultancy. He is also pursuing his second

L.S. Raheja School of Architecture. Anuj joined LSR in the year 2009
as visiting faculty and as core faculty in 2010. He teaches Advanced
Climatology, Architectural Design, Architectural Representation &

extracurricular activities and has been one of the key forces in
motivating students and guiding them to achieve their goals. He was
instrumental in successfully starting a lecture series ‘Insights’

Ar. Swanand Mahashabde

University, United Kingdom with a postgraduate distinction, and
completed his second masters in Landscape Architecture from L. S. Raheja

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Mridula completed her Bachelors in Architecture from Academy of

2003-04. She has attained a Masters in Science degree in Energy

May 2006 to October 2010. In this period he has worked on Hospitals,
Office buildings, Citizen Facilitation Centre, Residential and
Interior projects in Mumbai. He has previously taught at Academy of
Architecture for over 6 years prior to joining L.S.Raheja school of
Architecture. He is associated with L.S.Raheja school of Architecture
since June 2013 as an Assistant Professor, teaching design and
technical subjects. For the first year architecture students he

installations out of plastic waste and been participating in Kala
Ghoda art festival for the past 4 years along with the students; they

Ar. Neeta Sarode

Ar. Neeta M. Sarode, a practising architect, completed her graduation in

Ar. Mildred Jose
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Ar. Mildred Jose completed her Bachelors in architecture from LBH
College of Architecture, Bandra in 2010,with first class. She has also
obtained a Master’s degree of M.Arch in Urban Design from Kamla Raheja
Vidyanidhi Institute in 2013 with first class honours. She started her
career with Ar. Solanki and Associates as an intern while pursuing
B.Arch. After attaining her degree, she worked as a Junior Architect
with G.D. Sambhare and Associates and Della Tecnica.

Ar. Deepa Desai
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Deepa is a practising architect with four years of experience. She
completed her graduation at Asmita College of Architecture, Mumbai and
pursued her Masters in Urban conservation in Architecture at Kamla
Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and environmental studies,
Mumbai with first-class honours. She has been a part of the editorial
team in 2017 for the Reflections of KRVIA 2007-17.

Ar. Charvi Kamat

Charvi Kamat completed her B.Arch.from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel
Institute of Technology (SVIT), Vasad in 2014 and joined SnK where she
worked under the tutelage of Brinda somaya. She led a number of
commercial & institutional projects in SnK from concept to execution and
acquired hands-on knowledge of professional practice before persuing her

Ar. Shraddha Palande

Shraddha Palande completed her B.Arch from Samyak Sankalpa College of

Architecture with first class. Before pursuing her master’s degree, she

Ar. Gargi Karve has graduated from L.S.Raheja School of Architecture,

Ar. Divya Menon
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Divya completed her Bachelors in Architecture from Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET) Surat in 2006 and her Masters in Urban Design from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi in 2010 with a First Class Distinction. She interned with Prof. KT Ravindran where she was part of a team that worked on the design and execution of The Kitchen Museum in the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.

In the subsequent years she has worked over a range of residential, institutional and commercial projects under eminent architecture practices- Chandavarkar & Thacker Architects (CnT) Bengaluru; Mani Chowfla, New Delhi; and STUP, Mumbai. As a senior urban development consultant for the Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC), her work focused on large scale urban design, local area planning and community design processes. As an urban development consultant in Heritage Conservation Committee (HCC), New Delhi she worked on the Heritage Master Plan of Delhi and assisted Prof. Narayani Gupta on the inclusion of post independent iconic buildings in the Heritage List of Delhi. Started his own practice in 2018 designing different scales of projects in Architecture & Interior across the city & associated with other firms for projects. He had inclination to academics so started teaching from 2018 associated to colleges like Samyak Sankalp College of Architecture & Lokmanya tilak College of Architecture & prior joining L.S.Raheja. The ideology he believe in is “Architect designs for present with awareness of the past & for the future which unknown”

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Krishnan has completed his bachelor of architecture from L.S. Raheja
School of Architecture in 2001. He is partner at Krishnan Parvez
Architects, KPa established in 2003 and have since then done numerous
architectural, interior design projects. He has been associated with
L.S. Raheja School of Architecture, in the capacity of full-time adhoc
since academic year 2018-19.

An alumnus of the LSRSOA, who graduated in 1996, Shraddha gathered her
early professional experience working at Rumy Shroff and Associates.
Incepted her own practice with Shraddha Geevith and Associates that has
offices in Bombay and Pune, Shraddha is a Founder/Director at Design
Nexus Pvt. Ltd. with their office in Mumbai.

She has been closely associated with Architecture Education, being a
visiting faculty for Architecture and Interior Design at several
reputed architecture colleges across Mumbai.
Ar. Geevith Raghavan
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
An Alumnus of LSRSoA, Geevith graduated in the year 1993. An
ex-associate at P. K Das Consultants from 1994 to 1995, he has been
successfully running his own practice for the last 25 years as Principal
Architect – Design Nexus Architects & Founder Director – Design Nexus
Pvt. Ltd. He has been involved in designing projects in diverse fields
including but not limited to: Urban Design, Architecture, Interiors &
Landscape;

with projects across categories such as: Defence, Government, Mass
Transport, Institutional, Industrial, Corporate, High-end Housing,
Bungalow, International Events, Environment, Banking, Recreation,
Manufacturing, Retail & Health and has also collaborated with reputed
Architectural Firms firms like P. K. Das Consultants, Team Design &
Ethique on various projects. Over the last 25 years, Geevith has been
a Visiting Faculty for Urban Design Master’s Program, Architectural
Design & Thesis and Interior Design at colleges like, LSRSoA Mumbai,
AOA Mumbai, PVP Polytechnic, SNDT Mumbai & SMMCA Nagpur. He has been
on the Advisory Committee of ‘Degree Programme Implementation’ and
‘Board of Studies’ at SNDT-Mumbai.
